Ingredients
3 cups flour
3 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 cup water
3 egg yolks
1 lb ricotta (?)
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 lb ground meat
1/2 lb parsley
Preparation
Make well in the flour, then add lightly beaten eggs and water; mix with fork.
Mix egg yolks, meat, cheese, salt and pepper, and parsley.
Roll out two sheets of dough.
Cover one sheet with meat/cheese mixture, then place second sheet of dough over.
Cut into desired shape, and boil for 15 minutes.
