About the Recipe

Ingredients
1 stick of oleo, Crisco or butter
1/2 cup milk
2 cups sugar
3 cups quick oats
3/4 cup peanut butter
6 teaspoons cocoa (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Bring to a boil the oleo, milk and sugar (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat and add the quick oats, peanut butter, cocoa and vanilla.
Mix together and drop by spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Note: nuts and coconut flakes can be added.
